First-time buyers within UK mainland will receive free shipping if they order over £300, plus “VAT (Tax) APPLIES”. All products except vapes are eligible for free delivery. Vapes will be charged delivery fees when shipped.
Deliveries to mainland England, Wales, and Scotland are subject to a Standard Delivery fee of £7.33 + VAT.
The following table outlines delivery charges for delivery outside the UK mainland and in Europe (including, without limitation, Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, and White Island in Northern Ireland).
There will be a delivery charge of £7.33 + VAT for next working day delivery and £ 14.67 + VAT for Saturday delivery.
If you are ordering from outside the UK and are not listed in the table above, please get in touch with us before making a payment. Our team will modify the carriage (and deduct VAT when applicable) for the orders and give you the total. When ordering internationally, we rarely accept payment methods other than bank transfers.
Our goal at iShine T/A Boltify Limited (www.ishine-trade.com) is to deliver your order next day. When orders are received by 4:30 pm on any business day (Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays), they will typically be delivered by 5.30 pm the next day (if all ordered items are in stock).
Addresses outside the UK mainland are classified as international deliveries and cannot be delivered the next day.
If an order is placed after 4:30 pm, it will be processed and dispatched the following morning. On Fridays after 4:30 pm, orders will be processed and dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
In the event of a Monday bank holiday, the order will be dispatched on Tuesday for a delivery on Wednesday unless you choose Saturday delivery.
Despite iShine Trade (T/A Boltify Limited) and the couriers’ best efforts, next-day delivery is not guaranteed under the standard delivery fee.
iShine Trade (T/A Boltify Limited) uses a third party for courier services. Unfortunately, couriers sometimes fail to fulfill their obligations. Our company does not accept responsibility for late deliveries, even though they happen rarely.
Next-day delivery to addresses outside the UK mainland may not always be possible. Depending on the location of your address, this may or may not be possible.
For orders to be delivered within the UK mainland, the courier used will be the UK Mail (www.ukmail.com) or DHL (https://www.dhl.com), DPD (https://www.dpd.com). You should arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no one at home), the courier will leave a card with a telephone number to call and the address of the depot where your parcel has been placed. You can contact the depot and arrange a new delivery day directly with the couriers.
UPS or DHL will handle international deliveries. We will supply you with a consignment number that you can use to track the parcel and ensure that somebody is there to receive it.
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email confirming your order has been delivered (AN EMAIL ADDRESS MUST BE PROVIDED). Tracking numbers are usually included in emails. Visit the courier’s website and enter your tracking number in the Tracking # box to view the status of your delivery if you are concerned about its whereabouts. In your email, you will find instructions on how to proceed.
If you still haven’t received your parcel, we recommend calling us at (+44) 2071239540 the day after you expect to receive it if you don’t have a tracking number in your email. Our team will investigate the whereabouts of your parcel and inform you. If we cannot check the status of these parcels on the day of expected delivery, we will get back to you the following day.
Occasionally parcels are delayed due to poor addressing/signposting. We may need to give UK Mail (www.ukmail.com) your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery. This information will not be kept by or used by any other third party.
If the goods are damaged upon receipt, please specify (if there is any damage in the parcel box) when you sign for the reception. Afterward, please call us at (+44) 2071239540 or email us at customerservice@boltify.co.uk within 5 days of delivery.
