International Shipping

  • We accept only bank transfers as a form of payment.
  • Payments can be made securely by emailing us.
  • These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

  • ‘You’ refers to the user or viewer of this website.

Trade Only

  • Trade prices are available with a minimum purchase of £75.00.
  • The general public is not allowed to purchase.
  • Registration details will be verified for authenticity.

Important Note

  • All goods remain the property of Boltify Telesales Limited until full payment is received.
  • Goods must be inspected upon delivery. Report discrepancies within 24 hours.
  • Except for faulty/damaged goods reported within 48 hours, all items are non-returnable.

    Payment and Price

    • Prices exclude VAT and delivery charges.
    • If an item is underpriced, we reserve the right not to supply at that price and will inform you of the correct price.
    • We require your email to send promotional offers and receipts. You may opt out anytime.
    • We conduct identity checks for fraud prevention using registered databases.
    • You must provide accurate details and confirm ownership of your payment method.
    • Notify us of any changes to your provided information.
    • All purchases are non-transferable.
    • We may alter or cancel promotions at any time without notice.

    Typographical Errors

    If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount including delivery charges.

  3. Delivery and Customs

    • Delivery times are approximate and based on courier information.
    • We are not liable for delivery delays or issues beyond our control.
    • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility.
    • Report any lost shipments dispatched by third-party couriers.
    • Order early to avoid delays during UK Bank Holidays. Delivery depends on your local courier service.

  4. Returns, Refunds & Losses

    • Returns are accepted only for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
    • Contact us at customerservice@boltify.co.uk for a return/refund reference number.
    • Only items defective or supplied in error may be returned.
    • Items opened, tampered with, or damaged cannot be returned.
    • You are responsible for return delivery costs and any associated risks. Use recorded delivery.
    • Delivery charges are refundable only if the item is faulty or incorrect.
    • Damaged goods must be returned within 7 working days of delivery for an exchange.
    • Faulty goods may be returned within 7 days, and replacements requested within 14 days.

  5. Availability of Goods

    • Products/services may be withdrawn at any time. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued without additional compensation.
    • “Stock” items refer to those available from the manufacturer upon request.

All prices on Boltify Limited are exclusive of VAT and delivery and apply only to this website and its advertisements.
