Free Delivery:

Free shipping on orders of £300 + "VAT (Tax) APPLIES" To First-time buyers UK Mainland only. Free delivery is available on all products except Vapes. Shipping of Vapes will have delivery charges applied.

Delivery Cost:

A Standard Delivery charge of £7.33 + VAT is added to all orders weighing under 25kg being delivered to mainland England, Wales, and Scotland.

For deliveries outside the UK mainland and in EUROPE (including without limitation the Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, and the Isle of White, Northan Ireland) delivery charges will be charged according to the following table.www.ishine-trade.com

iShine Trade Courier Charges:

Next Working day £7.33 +VAT delivery charges and Saturday Delivery Charges are £14.67+VAT.

Anybody ordering from outside of the UK and not listed in the above table should contact us before making any payment. We will modify the carriage (and take VAT off when applicable) for the orders and give you the total. Please note, we rarely accept any payment method other than Bank Transfer for international orders.

Delivery Time:

At iShine Trade. ( www.ishine-trade.com ), we aim for next day delivery. Any orders received before 16:30 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays) should be delivered the next business day before 17.30 pm (assuming the ordered items are all in stock).

Deliveries to addresses other than in the UK Mainland are classed as international delivery, and as such cannot be delivered the next day.

Orders taken after 16:30 pm will be processed and dispatched on the next day. Any order made on a Friday after 16:30 pm will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

If Monday is a bank holiday, the order will be dispatched on Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery. Unless you choose Saturday delivery.

Though every effort is made by iShine Trade and the couriers to achieve next-day delivery, the standard delivery charge does not guarantee this goal.

iShine Trade relies upon the services of a third-party courier. There are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. Though this happens rarely, it does occur, and we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.

It is not always possible to manage next-day delivery to non-mainland UK addresses. This is dependent on the accessibility of your address.

Who is Our Courier?

For orders to be delivered within the UK mainland, the courier used will be the UK Mail (www.ukmail.com) or Cit-Link Express (www.city-link.co.uk), you should arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no one at home), a card will be left by the courier with a telephone number to call and the address of the depot where your parcel has been placed. You can call the depot and arrange a new delivery day directly with the couriers.

For international deliveries, Parcel Force Worldwide or DHL will be used to ship the goods. You need to keep track of the parcel using the consignment number supplied by us and make sure that somebody is there to receive the delivery.

Track Your Parcel:

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirming your order is being delivered (AN EMAIL ADDRESS MUST BE SUPPLIED FOR THIS SERVICE). In most cases, the email will have a tracking number. If you are worried about the whereabouts of your order, you will be able to view the status of your delivery by visiting the courier's website and entering your tracking number in the Tracking # box. Please follow the instructions in your email.

If you do not have a tracking number on your email, please don't hesitate to give us a call on (+44) 020 8555 1511 the day after you expected to receive your parcel if you still have not received it. We will inquire as to the whereabouts of your parcel and advise you of our findings. Unfortunately, we may not be able to check on the status of these parcels on the day of expected delivery, but we will look into it and expect to get back to you on the following day.

Occasionally parcels are delayed due to poor addressing/signposting. We may need to give UK Mail (www.ukmail.com) your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery. This information will not be kept by or used by any other third party.

If Your Products Have Been Damaged?

If the goods are damaged upon receipt please specify (any damage in the box of the parcel) that when you sign for the reception. Afterward, please call us on Tel:+44(0)20 8432 2948 or email:  customerservice@boltify.co.uk  within 5 days of delivery.
